APS Tezpur bagged theOverall Excellence Trophy in the Eastern Command for the fourth consecutive term in 2020. It was a moment of pride and joy for all and the accolades earned is yet another boost to the spirit of all at APS Tezpur.
APS Tezpur also bagged Gen B.C. Joshi Award for securing 1st Position in class XII(2018-19) among all APSs (small school category) in the country . The award was received by Mrs Banani Hazarika, Principal, APS Tezpur in an event held at APS Shankar Vihar, New Delhi. The school has also received the COAS Trophy of Academic Exellence for securing First position in class XII(2019-20) among all APSs (small school category) in the country. This award has reiterated the untiring efforts of the faculty and the students in taking the school to newer heights.
APS Tezpur was adjudged as the 5th Best School in Assam and 1st in Tezpur according to a survey conducted by Education World, India School Rankings (under the Day Co-Ed school category) 2020-21. The school was marked very well in all the parameters of evaluation.
In yet another remarkable feat, APS Tezpur had bagged the Telegraph Award for Academic Excellence organized by The Telegraph in an event held at Guwahati. There were a number of parameters based on which the school was able to secure the position among many contending schools for the same.
