ADMISSION TO CLASS – XI : ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL TEZPUR (2024-25)

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please download the Application form.
2.Fill up the form and submit it with the following documents in the school w.e.f. 20 May to 25 May 2024 during school hours ( 9 a.m to 1 p.m): –

(a) Two passport size photographs.

(b) Photocopy of birth certificate and extract copy of Part – II order duly signed by Commanding Officer of the Unit.

(d) Photocopy of Class X Mark sheet (Duly attested by the School Principal).

(e) Admit Card of Class X.

(f) Address proof and ID Proof for Civilians.

(g) Photocopy of Income Tax Return filing.

(h) Original Transfer certificate

(i) Migration certificate.

3. The cost of Application Form is to be submitted in the school through a Demand Draft (Army/ Air Force/ Navy — Rs.100/- and Rs.200/- for others) in favour of Army Public School, Tezpur, payable at Tezpur.

Subjects available:

Science – English, Physics, Chemistry, Physical Education,

Optional Subjects: a)Biology/Informatics Practices (any one),

b) Mathematics/Hindi/Psychology (any one).

Commerce – English, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Physical Education,

Optional Subjects: Mathematics/Psychology/Hindi (any one)

Humanities – English, Geography, Political Science, Physical Education.

Optional Subjects: a) History/Economics (any one)

b) Mathematics/Hindi/Psychology (any one)

**The Merit List of Shortlisted Candidates For Admission to Class-XI will be published tentatively in the Website (www.apstezpur.org) in second week of June 2024.
